Christmas and Presents

Christmas is so very close and so I purchased my beloved a present.
I told him so to which his response was the puppy dog eyes and a please can I have it?
Of course I caved and gave it to him.

I arrived home yesterday and my Gits was waiting with a present for me.

I got an ipod yay. I am such a lucky girl to have such a wonderful man who is so
very thoughtful.

Thank you thank you thank you my love!!!!!!!

Now, my mother is coming to visit and she wants to know what to get each of us for christmas???????? Gits says he wants scotch. I just don't want a giant cow print piggy bank again lol.
I get to make christmas lunch/dinner. chicken, pork roast, pecan pie and cheeses and fruits here I come.

Anyway work is boring today but I have my ipod to keep me occupied.

Christmas is fast approaching this year and all plans for a quiet Christmas with just the two of us have gone the way of the Titanic...

My mother has decided that her and her partner will be coming to visit...thankfully they are not staying with us. But it does mean that we will have t entertain them.

Wedding plans are still being formulated with all ideas being explored and options looked at. Now that I have the gown and veil on the way and the shoes taken care of the rest of the actual acquisitions for said wedding can now wait until my spectacular man asks me that question with a ring. :)

Second day in to my 9 day straight run at work and I cannot wait for it to be over already. Time needs to get it's hurry on. Not that my boss ever works more than 5 days in a row. EVER!!!!!!! GRRR. But it's apparently acceptable to make other do it.

This day is going particularly slowly me thinks.

Looking forward to the 5th and 6th of December as I finally get a weekend alone off with my Gits. haven't had one of those since August. The wedding in October doesn't count as we were driving and with family the whole time.

We will be incommunicado for the entirety of that weekend with our mobiles thus being turned OFF!! If this is annoying to some people.....WE DON'T CARE!! :)
We will be going to church on the Sunday though since we very very rarely have Sundays off together in order to attend. Apparently my Boss's soccer is more important than my right to practice my religion.

I seem to have run out of things to articulate so thus...

Another boring day at work

Another boring day at work when I would much rather be at home
with my Jason.
Christmas is on the way and with it the New Year. My second of both with
this man that I adore. The coming year should be filled with lots of good
things and I an really looking forward to it.
Cannot wait to see how my Mr decides to pop the question as they say.
I'm sure it will be amazing. He makes everything amazing without even trying.

Gave him a little push the other day when I went and ordered my dress for the wedding we are planning to have in July/August 2011. So he kind of has to ask before then lol.

The dress is a Roz La Kelin gown called Pimenta. Unfortunately I cannot find a single picture of it anywhere online :( And because I changed my mind from the original gown that we had picked out I have to change the colour theme slightly.
Not to much though which is good.

It was Sara's birthday on Wednesday this week and although I already said Happy Birthday the other day.....

HAPPY 25TH BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gee do you feel old or what?????? lol

Adelaide's heat wave is on hiatus for today so the weather is gloomy but breezy and tolerable which after the last few days is wonderful.

WOW I must be bored......

Wow I really must be bored.
Obviously I am at work so it is really no suprise that I am bored.
But still......My future fiance has his own blog and thus I read his all the time.
So, I had gotten it into my head to put together my own.

Now I have no idea what it is that I will be expressing in this here blog,but I am sure that given some thought I should be able to..... ahhh who am I kidding most likely most of my ramblings will not make much sense and noone is likely to read it anyway.

I am thinking that at some stage I may post my poetry, not that it is any good at all,
but since this blog is a way to express myself, without opening myself to complete ridicule and too much critisism..........Then again I might have to reconsider that thought considering some of the people I know could stumble across it.

Oh well, as first posts go I am sure you wish that this one was at an end and as I am struggling to come up with anything else to postulate on I may as well end whilst I am ahead.
